About Me
I am postdoctoral fellow at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, Academy of Interdisciplinary Studies (AIS),Division of Emerging Interdisciplinary Areas (EMIA), working with Prof. PAN HUI. My research interest is real-time streaming in Mobile/VR Cloud Gaming, human-computer interaction scalable architecture in the Metaverse.
I received my PhD degree in the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, department of Computer Science Engineering. My Ph.D. thesis is entitled Reliable and Real-time Content Streaming for Edge and Cloud Computing.
Current Activities:
- Leading the development of a MetaUST virtual classroom, a mixed-reality platform for virtual teaching in the Metaverse.
- Mentoring Mphil and PhD students supervised by Prof. Pan HUI.
- Working on my research: Adaptive Video Streaming in VR/Mobile Cloud Gaming.
- Collaborating with researchers on enabling Metaverse technologies and methodologies, Human-Computer Interaction, and real-time streaming.
